| The ISS Management Workshop
is held twice annually in conjunction with Inside Self-Storage Expos.
The next event will take place on Oct. 10, 2008, at the ISS Expo in
Nashville, Tenn. The location is the Gaylord Resort Opryland and Convention
Center. In 2009, a Management Workshop will be held on Jan. 28 as part
of the ISS Expo in Las Vegas, at The Sands Expo & Convention Center.

Whether you’re new to the industry or looking to hone your
management skills, this session is for you. Explore the ins and outs
of daily facility operation and what you need to run a successful
self-storage business. During this seminar, you’ll learn how to market
your site, handle staffing issues and much, much more. Every manager
